Piece broken upon arrival

I package all fragile pieces very well, but sometimes the postal service is gifted in destruction. If, sadly, a piece arrives damaged please take photos of it and the packaging and send them to me in a message on Etsy. A refund will be issued once the piece in its original packaging are returned to me so I am able to file insurance.

Refunds will not be issued until damaged piece is returned.

I will reimburse shipping costs once I am given a tracking number/proof of shipping.
